DELI CO International Inspiration - Catch the Entrepreneurial Spirit
Introduction:
The aim of the DELICO project is to organize an exchange period for Tourism, Catering and Home Economics students which would be creditable for studies. During the exchange period students will design products for restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and catering services. Product design will be based on local, healthy ingredients. After the exchange periods these products will then be put to use in a student café. Students will also seek ideas for a shared, virtual coffee shop/ fast food restaurant cooperative. Overall they will get valuable international experience and learn to operate in global business environment.
