On-the-job learning in Tampere College

On-the-job learning is defined as the acquisition in working life of the skills and knowledge required for the job in question. Part of the sections and goals outlined in the curriculum are to be learned on the job and in real-life working situations. On-the-job learning phases are so placed in the studies as to have them become part of all three years of study.
Case by case, and at the school's discretion, the students may utilise their holiday jobs for their studies. The study phases may, if so desired, be carried out in the service of several employers.
