Introduction:
TO-BE-IN 2 is a Leonardo da Vinci mobility project for both students and experts of the health and social services. During on-the-job learning periods, special attention will be drawn to student guidance. In the preceding TO-BE-IN project, coordinated by Tampere College, good practices for guidance in the work placements and for carrying out skills demonstrations abroad has been developed.TO-BE-IN 2 relies on these good practices in familiarizing the teachers and on-the-job learning mentors of the receiving institutions.
For improving the quality of the work placements even further this project aims at developing new tools and at enhancing working methods of the network. The project is an integral part of both the on-the-job learning and internationalization of the health and social services sector and it will improve the quality of the network co-operation between the educators of this field and increase the number of student exchanges.
